    Feeling off and sick but no clue why?

    Yeah, I get this sometimes too. For me it usually comes after a run of bad sleep or stress, like my body just decides it needs to shut down. The head heaviness + no energy reminds me of when I’m dehydrated as well. Maybe try extra water + some light food and see if it eases up?
