Feeling low and stuck

Just feeling low with no reason, I was feeling so tired at morning when I woke up no motivation no to do anything, even stuff I used feels like nothing. Its kinda feel heavy and don't want to bother friends with it.
‎How do I pullout myself in it?
 
‎I can u understand that feelings, it join St hits outta nowhere sometimes. As wake up feel like a bundle of bricks on your back. Lets start with small things like go out for few minutes, wash face, drink some water. Take light breakfast meanwhile play your favorite music.

‎Move your body a bit walk, stretch and shake slowly. Write your stuff and what you feel. It will clear your head.

Those mornings where you wake up already drained and nothing feels worth doing. I started by forcing myself to do the smallest things, like just making tea or stepping outside for a few minutes, and it helped a little at a time. Sometimes writing down what’s in your head or changing your routine even slightly makes a difference.
Have you noticed if it comes in waves or stays constant?
 
When mornings feel heavy and nothing gives motivation it can be a sign body or mind is asking for reset. small steps like stepping outside for fresh air, stretching or simple breathing can shift mood. Keeping routine with meals and sleep helps balance. Talking to someone trusted or writing feelings down can give relief. If the low mood stays longer professional support might be needed.
