How do you snap out of it?

‎I slept overnight but still feeling empty. Can not focus on anything. Everything is pointless, slow and dull. I keep my face around people because I don't want anyone to drag down, but my inner is still full, empty and heavy.

‎Did you force yourself for moving or just ride out?

That sounds exhausting feeling “full yet empty” can really drain your energy. Sometimes pushing through with small actions (even a short walk, talking to someone, or switching your environment) can help break the cycle. Other times, giving yourself permission to slow down and rest is just as valid.
Do you notice if anything music, movement, even small routines has ever lifted that heaviness, even briefly?
 
It’s rough. sometimes i tried to push through with small stuff, like just getting outside or talking to someone even if i didn’t feel like it. other times i just let it pass and didn’t fight it. forcing too hard made me feel worse.
Did you notice if it comes and goes in waves or just stays heavy all the time?
