I was dealing with nagging back and neck pain. In the beginning I thought It could be bad posture at work but after adjusting my chair and taking breaks, the pain still irritating me.
After that I applied few things:
Heat packs: not a permanent solution.
Stretching: not for deep pain
Physical therapy: it worked but slow process.
Who else experience this?
How do you manage deep pain?
Is there something you find which is unexpected and really worked for relief?
