I was dealing with nagging back and neck pain. In the beginning I thought It could be bad posture at work but after adjusting my chair and taking breaks, the pain still irritating me.

‎After that I applied few things:

‎Heat packs: not a permanent solution.
‎Stretching: not for deep pain
‎Physical therapy: it worked but slow process.

‎Who else experience this?
‎How do you manage deep pain?
‎Is there something you find which is unexpected and really worked for relief?

Physio can help but it's slow grind. For me really surprising is doing general yoga with cold pack. Foam rolling on shoulder and upper back loosened thinks. In morning walking helped a lot.

Did ‎Massage guns and acupressure mats helped to anyone?

Past month dealing with this weird pain running from upper back into neck. Few days are actively spend and few are dull, hard to sit and sleep. First thought may be just strain but it keeps coming back.
‎Does any get this pain that just hangs around?
‎What actually made a difference for you?
Did you figure out the real cause?

Back and neck pain can drag on even after fixing posture or work setup. Heat gives comfort but fades quick, stretching helps surface tightness but not deeper knots. Therapy takes time and patience, progress feels slow. Some people try muscle relaxers, acupuncture, massage, or even changing mattress or pillow and notice difference. Others say swimming or light yoga gave more relief than expected. Deep pain usually needs a mix of methods not just one thing. Anyone else tried something out of usual routine that actually made lasting change?
