I picked up a Garmin smartwatch a few months ago thinking it’d just count steps… but wow, it’s turned into so much more than that.

) has been a game-changer. - Sleep insights – Turns out I wasn’t as “well rested” as I thought. Garmin’s sleep tracking + recovery scores have pushed me to improve my routine.
- GPS accuracy – Whether I’m running, hiking, or cycling, the GPS maps are spot-on. It makes reviewing workouts super motivating.
- Daily accountability – It buzzes me to move when I’ve been sitting too long and celebrates when I hit my goals. Feels silly, but it actually keeps me going.
