Struggling With Stubborn Parasite Symptoms

‎I am going through stomach problems and fatigue. This awkward feeling that is totally irritating. No clear answer shown in tests. I am sure in my thoughts that it could be kind of parasites. I have read the people using prescription treatments, but also for people trying to clean plants or food changes to loose things.
